Private equity attorney David D. Dueno has joined K&L Gates as a partner in Chicago. Formerly practicing in-house, Dueno advises private equity funds, venture capital funds and portfolio companies on a wide range of cross-border transactions, including financings, joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions. Dueno has worked on numerous transactions in the European, Asian and Middle Eastern fund markets, while specializing in deals involving parties and assets in Africa.
