ACA Compliance Testing Survey: New Marketing Rule Is a Hot Topic (Part Two of Two)

ACA Group (ACA), together with the Investment Adviser Association and Yuter Compliance Consulting, recently released the results of its 2021 investment management compliance testing survey.
