Allison Herren Lee, a former SEC Commissioner, has joined whistleblower law firm Kohn, Kohn & Colapinto as counsel. Lee’s practice focuses on representing whistleblowers reporting securities, commodities, banking and capital markets law violations, including a focus on environmental, social and governance (ESG).
