Dechert Hires Former SEC Branch Chief in Washington, D.C.

Jim Curtis, a former Branch Chief in the Office of Chief Counsel in the SEC’s Division of Investment Management, has joined Dechert as a counsel in the firm’s corporate and securities practice in Washington, D.C. Curtis will focus his practice on closed-end funds; business development companies; REITs; and other vehicles and products.
