The HFLR Is Transitioning to a Biweekly Publication Schedule
For more than a decade, the Hedge Fund Law Report (HFLR) has provided subscribers with incisive analysis of key industry developments. The heart of our content is the in-depth analysis produced by our team of attorneys, who rely on their experience, detailed research and probing interviews with key industry decision makers, policy makers and practitioners. As the pace of developments in the private funds industry – and of new rulemaking at the SEC in particular – has increased dramatically, however, the HFLR has reassessed its model with the goal of continuing to provide the quality content our subscribers have come to rely on and expect. Therefore, the HFLR will switch to a biweekly schedule, publishing every other Thursday morning. The next issue will be published on November 10, 2022.
