Six Essential Articles for Fund Managers Entering 2017
As 2016 draws to a close, this issue of the Hedge Fund Law Report features six articles addressing legal issues to which hedge and other private fund managers should give due consideration. These articles highlight matters that should be front of mind for managers as 2017 begins. The HFLR will not publish during the week starting December 26, 2016, and will resume its normal weekly publication schedule during the week starting January 2, 2017.
