On August 4, 2010, Okapi Partners LLC, the proxy solicitation firm, announced the addition of Geoff Sorbello as a Managing Director. Sorbello joins Okapi Partners from ISS, a division of RiskMetrics Group (now a subsidiary of MSCI Inc.).
