Guzman Advisory Partners (GAP), an outsourced GC firm, has added a new partner. Christine Chelf has joined GAP after serving as a senior principal consultant at an external consulting firm, where she advised hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capitalists and other asset managers on compliance and infrastructure, as well as SEC registrations and examinations.
